Yoga Helped Her Physically and Mentally

I had the pleasure of learning yoga this past summer with Janae.  In just 12 weeks I gained and learned so much about yoga and myself. I am thankful that I took time for myself and Janae is an AMAZING and caring instructor who care about her clients body, mind and soul! 💖

           

Before I started yoga I had chronic lower back and hip discomfort and pain. But in just a couple weeks I noticed a huge difference and no longer suffer due to the movements and stretches Janae uses and has taught me.
